Trust & Security
Built with operational accountability in mind.
Trust at HaleES means governance, traceability, and systems that can be inspected instead of hand-waved.
Public Trust & AI Governance
HaleES Tech LLC builds AI systems designed to assist—not replace—human judgment.
Core Principles: - Human authority always comes first - Autonomy is optional and limited - Decisions remain accountable to people - AI outputs are advisory, not absolute
Sensei operates with: - Explicit human oversight - Configurable autonomy - Continuous auditability - Immediate kill-switch controls
We do not allow AI systems to: - Hire or fire employees - Set wages or classifications - Interpret laws or regulations - Act without defined boundaries

Autonomy, AI Governance, and Human Oversight
1. AI Disclosure HaleES uses machine learning, probabilistic models, and rules‑based systems. AI has no legal agency or authority.
2. Advisory Mode (Default) All outputs are advisory unless autonomy is explicitly enabled.
3. Limited Autonomy (Opt‑In) Autonomy is configurable, revocable, and limited in scope.
4. Required Conditions Autonomy activates only when: - Enabled by Client - Scoped and permissioned - Risk acknowledged - Human override available
5. Prohibited Actions AI may never autonomously: - Hire, fire, discipline - Set wages or classifications - Interpret law or compliance - Provide legal, financial, or medical advice
6. Human Oversight Human‑in‑the‑loop and human‑on‑the‑loop controls apply at all times.
7. Accountability Responsibility never transfers to HaleES.
8. Risk Acknowledgment AI outputs are probabilistic and non‑deterministic.
9. Safeguards Includes logging, limits, monitoring, and kill switches.
