You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. We may continue to contact you through non-marketing operational channels where necessary to complete requested services, protect account security, or comply with law.

We may use third-party communications providers and carrier networks to send or receive communications. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and message or call availability may vary by carrier, device, region, or network conditions.

We may retain communications metadata and related operational records, including phone numbers used for delivery, message or call identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, opt-out events, and associated trace records, for service delivery, security, support, compliance, and auditability.

HaleES does not sell SMS consent, phone numbers, or communications opt-in data, and we do not share that information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery or legal obligations. Deletion requests may be submitted to Sensei@HaleHospitality.com.

HaleES processes data solely to provide Services. Clients remain data controllers.
